BIG W Joondalup

Yesterday I had to visit the store to pick up my 15 year old sister who had a dizzy spell. She was left dry heaving and couldn't stand in the store while her friends tried to help her. Some female staff members approached her and guided her to a bench at the customer service desk and provided her with water which was much appreciated. However during her time there waiting for me to arrive, approx. 20 minutes her and her friends were approached by a presumable manager yelling at them to leave as they are taking up space (on a bench behind a wall out of customer sight) and couldn't use the space as a hang out. After examining the situation this presumed manager, Max, he continued to berate and harassment the group who wouldn't leave as my sister was unable to walk and was violently shaking. When Max eventually left the woman behind the desk th told her that she could stay as long as she needs. When I arrived Max again returned threatening to call securitty. Th is was absolutely disgusting behaviour from a grown man to berate a young crying girl. I give all of o my thanks to the women who aided her howver Max needs to fired for such outright disgusting behaviour.

Always have heaps of stock! Great place to find baby bonds clothes too. I also do all my Xmas stocking stuffer shops here, cheaper than the supermarket.

Yay Christmas decorations etc are plentiful in Big W. Wasn't too busy at Big W Joondalup and service was quick and friendly. Only went in to look at baskets and got sidetracked by all the Christmas pretties!

Easy to access for shopping for kids car seats. 3 items of model we wanted left in store. Not on sale.

BROSKI, this place is like a dumb. Nothing it’s in its place n the whole store is a mess, then staff were very unhelpful and arrogant. Absolutely Awfull service and experience

Disorganised. Went to purchase a simple item showing in stock. Brought the ticket to the counter and salesperson had no idea where it was. Searched boxes. Searched shelves. How does a shop this size not have an inventory management system.

Ferrero Rondnoir $14 138gI’d believe this is only available during Xmas period. There’s a 30% off original price. Selling at $9.75 instead of $14.As I’m writing this review, I noticed that I paid the original price instead of the discounted price. :((I only have the soft copy receipt and probably threw away the original receipt. I’m not sure if I’m able to get refund. I’m hoping that big w personnel will see this and get back to me?Thanks!

Not my usual shopping venue but the ideal place to purchase a quality gift for my 5 year old Grandson's birthday gift.

Nice selection of everything ! Definitely worth a visit if you're after seasonal gifts

Great place to shop for bargains on homewares, clothing, toys and many other products. Highly recommended
