Poor customer care from a lady this afternoon at Jamison centre .I ordered something from the menu and she agreed to make it .But i was served exactly the same dish that was cooked and kept on the counter.When I tried to clarify this she became passively aggressive.I requested for a drink instead and was offered a small coke .I didn’t get the money back and was treated bad by this Female staff member.She also commented that “Can’t you read what is written on the counter “.I ordered a curry and rice from the displayed options for my little one and wanted to try something different.I am disappointed by the customer care I received .Date :7/1/2020 around 12:30 pm

My cousin reported these idiots for leaving a tub of chicken on the ground out of the fridge, came back that the health inspector went in and found several health/food issues and are investigating further, good to see ACT health department cracking down on businesses like this, putting customers health at risk!

I'm a vegetarian and I just order take out here instead of getting the food from their ready made. It's always fresh and delicious, not sure how their non vegetarian options go but what I order is always great and takes no time at all for them to make.
