Shop is doing well amidst the pandemic. Stock levels are good and the staff seem to be handling the current crisis shop well. They seem tired but are polite and friendly :)

Constant irregularities with shelf price and checkout price. Checkout price is higher. Check your docket but don't expect the store to honour the scanning policy, despite the Brisbane office confirming they should. It's not my job to check that prices are correct. Bring it to the attention of staff. Some are understanding. Others are rude and will argue with you.

Staff ring up two items wrong, told have to rejoin the (long) same line to get it fixed.Other lines with no one in them.Raised again with staff who were not happy or apologetic but directed us to an empty line.A bunch of sour and unhelpful staff we dealt with.They made the mistakes, not us!Yes, got our refund of $3.50 so not insignificant. Young guy was good.It was the older women who were the sour ones!
