Today a very nice guy attended me, I chose a red tone that is not easy to apply and he applied it perfectly, my nails looks perfect.I am very happy with my nails. He is definitely the best in the store ♥️

This is what happened within 24 hours. I think my 4 year old niece can do a better job. It wasn’t just this poor quality manicure, but the staff was very unfriendly too.

Been here few times usually services were good but this time was pretty bad, the lady only put two layers on and the color is uneven!!She seems like very rush but there’s no other customer and beside the nail done bad, the service is bad too, very bossy.

I have been going here for over 8 years and today I walked out as I was served by someone so incredibly rude!. The colour on my toes was wrong so when I asked to recheck it against the colour palate so my finger nails would be right, she said I’d have to wait again while she served someone else. I paid for everything but nooo apology from anyone. Shop around there’s better places in the Chatswood area.

I had been a loyal customer, visiting every three weeks for four years exclusively. However, when I went for in fills last time, they cracked and lifted within days. Today, I went to have my acrylics removed. The lady removed half of one of my nails in the process and it was extremely painful as she didn't use acetone but picked them off with plastic. I will not return.

Poor customer service. Wanted to treat myself and my mother for a nice relaxing pedicure treatment but ended up with having to wait over half an hour with our feet soaked in cold water. No one tended to us without us having to ask about warming up the water several times. Their 'lux' ver for the pedicure did not feel like it was worth the money. The lady who catered my mum did not show any care or attention at all. Treatment was done in less than 15 minutes and my mum's feet looked the same. This is very unfortunate as I wanted to treat my mum to her first pedicure treatment but left her feeling very unhappy.

I have been to this store quite a few times and normally I’m very very happy with the service today. I had the most objectionable rude and rough experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done at different places for nearly 40 years. I have to have a hip replacement I was in a lot of pain and she, this particular assistant was rough. I am totally disgusted and if anyone knows me, it’s so rare that I am vindictive or nasty to anyone but this person I was totally disgusted with although she did do my nails really well, the second girl that I dealt with was an absolute delight so this one singular person has made me think I will never ever crossed that doorway again

The staff are sweet, attentive and sanitation of equipment good. I had a French Polish. Not perfect.

The nail shop is located inside the Westfield face to Chatswood library entry. The shop is very clear and tidy, I always visit during COVID, there few different types of manicure and pedicure, if you like simple style and colour here is the best. Gel, shellac, acyric or gel power.

Worst experience ever. I had a gel colour and walked in, wishing to get a new colour gel. I showed them a picture that I wish to do they said no. I then found another simple one with French tips, but was again told to choose a colour. Why French tips needs to choose colour? Ridiculously, they saw the pic again and said they can’t do it. I gave up and said just get rid of my old gel do a manicure. The whole process is rude and uncomfortable: the lady kept twisting my wrist into different directions so she can kind a good angles. She just scratched the gel off and quickly shaped my nail and that’s it! Done! No polish no other care, my nails looked like bitten by a kid. I asked them to polish it, they said if you don’t want clear colour then we don’t have polish. I was like, unbelievable. I paid and walked away. Don’t come if you expect anything new, you have to follow their rules.
