Bought a sink from Michael who advertised the sink as new - it was not as described. It was badly scratched with a milky staining all over it consistent with long - term use. When I called Michael and asked for a refund he firstly stated that it was heavily discounted and on gumtree" which intimated that it was expected to be "shady" . Then he changed his story and said that because it I paid in cash
