The worst customer service when it comes to getting an issue fixed. I purchased frameless shower and the door does not close properly. I have been ringing them for days, sent emails and constantly followed up and not one person, I repeat not one person has bothered to call me to help me with the issue. Very disappointed!

This place has a great array of option's for your bathroom needs. Been shopping around for a while now for a specific shower style And The team Here had it. So happy with The quality. They provided optional fitting for us And The Next morning They were at our door Ready to Go. Great neat Work with great products. Definitely heading back in.

Communication was slow and inconsistent. When speaking on the phone to order and book the installation of a showerscreen the lady told my partner their walk-in customers took priority (website said showroom was closed). A paying customer is a paying customer.The installers appeared to rush, they didn't want to speak to us even when we had questions. I could hear them dropping their tools and equipment and they didn't show any care or courtesy toward their customer. There appeared to be no effort to treat a newly renovated bathroom with care and respect.After they left we discovered dirty marks on the sink and a scratch on the caesorstone bench top. We also found a scratch on the bottom of the bath (it sounded like they used it as their saw horse) and silicone walked into the tiles in the middle of the room which we had to clean off. Whilst difficult to prove, we believe the scratches were not there before installation as they are the only people that have been in the room since our plumber installed these items (who took the utmost care to install these items and used drop sheets). The installers shoes were a little muddy and they made little effort to clean up after themselves (a simple drop sheet would have sorted this). If they cared about the attention to detail they would have also cleaned the glass after installing it.Finally, they used the facilities in the room without asking for permission - we would have asked them to use the other bathroom.

Very poor products quality!!! Very poor service!!!I purchased a bathroom heater - broken on the 4th day!And shower head even quicker - broken on the 2nd day! More funny is Apollo did not want to give us the factory phone no, finally the factory asked me to pay $150 for them coming or I pay a second plumber to take off from wall then sending to them.

Very bad customer service. I was there today to look for some bathroom stuff for my house and my granny flat. The two ladies sitting upstairs did not acknowledge me or my wife. Did not offer to help. I looked around and walked out Once I went down my UTE was blocked by their Ute. The driver saw us and ignored us and started unloading his Ute. I asked him to move but kept doing what he was doing. Finally he moved. I drove off and went to another bathroom and shower place where I was welcomed. I ended up spending $15000 thereBad customer service got you a loss for $15000

Great quality Shower Screen on the best price. I have paid a little extra for the installation and I am so happy that I did. They came out and installed it perfectly. Highly recommended!

After a good initial experience, the sale and install went well... then some four months later during Christmas a glass panel in our steam shower suddenly cracked.I emailed and then followed up when they reopened in early Jan.It took a fair bit of effort, a lot of emails and calls... but after three weeks Sam fixed it.Granted it was the busy period, but they could help by better communicating with customers.On the whole still happy with the product.

Reasonable range and very friendly and helpful staff. Sock levels can be difficult sometimes but the staff do what they can to help and accomodate.

Bought shower/spa units, vanity units etc for our two bathrooms a few years ago. All had quality problems soon after, such as crack and leaking. While the shop's service was good, it did not help when its products broken again after their warranty period and when there is no spare parts to replace them.
