Before he died my husband purchased a self winding Citizen watch expecting it would last for my lifetime, as had his watch. It stopped working under 10 years from purchase and Prouds sent it off to Citizen to repair. They later stated there were no parts to repair as they had discontinued making them. No sorry and Prouds could only say they were only the middle man. They took money for a product, I say they have some share in responsibility as do Citizen.

Have brought a lot of jewellery from prouds lately. They have had some great sales. Bangle I brought broke and they bent over backwards to get it fixed and back to me asap. Great staff
