Outstanding customer service and has a vast range of products on offer to support not only large boat owners but also those with smaller craft. Great for the beginner also, as the staff at the front counter are highly experienced, friendly and happy to answer any questions. Not only do they tell you what you need but they take you to it and explain why it is the product that you are after and also offer tips with installation or DIY repairs. Highly recommend this marine supplies outlet and it is a credit to the owner and staff who run this establishment.

What a horrible experience that was. I walked into this store requesting a specific item, the 2 men at the front of the store just stared at me and offered no assistance. Upon walking in you immediately feel unwelcome, will never be purchasing from here again. I love to support local, but BCF and Anaconda will be my new first port of call.Do not recommend.
