Newcastle Flamenco Dance Studio
I truly enjoyed my flamenco dance and Gypsy Gym fitness classes. It feels like you're just having fun and dancing, and yet this dance-workout regime produced effects - it was a great cardio exercise, it toned my muscles and got me feeling much stronger and more fit.

I’m so glad I was brave enough to give this a go even though my feet seem glued to the floor these days and coordinating my arms and legs at the same time seems an impossible task.You don’t need to be fit and fabulous to participate. Deya is such a great teacher, she has enormous patience and breaks everything down slowly & repeats it enough so we can all follow her. It’s a fun, warm & supportive environment.
