Automated car wash - After taking the attendants suggestion of which wash was needed, the car came out with dirt still all over it. The excuses I was given when I showed the attendant were unbelievable! You can't please everyone" (hands being thrown in the air) and "the spray doesn't go down that far" (under the doors wrapping around a 4WD). Ooh and "it's not a detailing service". RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Will now be travelling further from home to a different car wash to avoid the pathetic excuse of a car was attendant."

Doesn’t scrub just high pressure wash so car came out mostly clean but not completely.

On two occasions when I used the dog wash, using my credit card, it took my payment, but the dog wash did not work - nothing happened. On a couple of other times there has been no shampoo and a few other times the dog wash has not been working at all. A waste of time and a waste of money. All very unprofessional.

Worst auto car wash I have ever used. Save you money and go elsewhere as all this auto was did was leave soap and dirt all over the car. Absolutely useless.

The owner came out to help me and we had a good chat. His car wash uses warm water which makes a huge difference. He was really helpful and went the extra mile to help me with a brush and cleaner to finish my wheels. So kind. Good car wash experience.

Been charged $15 on standard car wash. I stopped on the machine it at $5 but still charged me $15. No one to contact to explain and also poor washing facilities with hoses spraying out everywhere making it very hard to wash my car without getting wet. Very disappointing and would not recommend to have your car or boat cleaned there

My car did appreciate a tub up at the auto spa it's easy to get into from wallington rd and they have a couple of payment options I now have a happy car
