Gone downhill with items other than bread. Cost cutting by management results in an inferior product. Its a shame they don't follow the example of other stores. Bread only in future for us.

Their bread is really good, but I didn't enjoy witnessing the cook at the back eating food while making more bread, with no gloves on, very unhygienic.

The customer service is very poorly, the staff are rude when I asked for information about the breads. Is like they get upset if they have to open their mouth and provide service.

This bakers delight is always my favourite always make the best blueberry scones but recently the service has gone into a ditch I feel so deflated by the way that one lady treated me once I walked away I could hear 2 girls this morning talking about me behind my back I think you should wake up to yourself and realise how you have made me feel.Lost a very loyal customer
