Have had Dave come over and help us out with awesome tricks and tips to manage and create a bond with our dog Luna. Has been a great experience for our dog and for us. I highly recommend Dave’s services to anyone needing help with their doggy!

Craig was brilliant with our 10 week old whippet puppy, Felix. He certainly has a way with dogs and we saw Felix respond and engage straight away. Craig offered really practical advice that was specific to our dog and we’ve walked away learning lots of new skills and tips. Thanks, Craig. Already looking forward to our next training session.

Our 13 month cutie had grown big and stubborn. Craig at Direct K9 came along to correct our training approach and re-affirm where we were already on track. Craig tailored his advice to suit our living arrangements (cat and apartment) and lifestyle (crate and no treat training). We are still in the 'honeymoon' phase after the training session (a very well behaved pup!) but we have resources from Craig and access to his ongoing support to maintain momentum and keep us on this path.Thanks again Craig - we have our little pouch of cheese ready to go for the recall 'game'!

I cannot speak highly enough of Craig and his dog training techniques. My partner and I were at a point where nothing was improving with our border collie and her shadow chasing. He was wonderful. He listened to the dogs history and our concerns and helped us to work out a plan to help her improve. He showed us how to implement the training method effectively and has always been a phone call away if we have any questions about the training or need extra advice.

Grace has been incredible with our Swiss Shepherd! We couldn’t ask for a better trainer. I had Chris out for the first time today for a first session and I was amazed. My stubborn Dachshund Ollie was doing what Chris wanted incredibly quickly. I learned so many skills on how to interact with, and train, Ollie. I've been using these skills all afternoon and it's working so well. Everyone needs this service to establish a solid foundation for the relationship of them and their puppies.

We were introduced to Craig through a recommendation and have never looked back since, making a number of our own recommendations within our branch of the German Shepherd club. His knowledge, experience and sheer presence with our pup has opened our minds to her capabilities to learn and set in place strategies to manage her development. Initially we had lots of problems, Craig has not only trained Max extremely well but has guided and taught us along the way. Craig has a gift with training dogs as well as training humans on how to handle their dogs. When you you upgrade from a cute dog like a cavoodle to bigger dog like a Shepard you are playing in a totally new domain, especially if there's residual trauma from a serious dog bite in the family [sadly like ours]. Craig's ability to respond to me and my family's needs as a customer continues to ensure our puppy Lexi, [27.5kg at 6mths] remains responsive and behavioral issues are identified, addressed and dealt with early. The knowledge, understanding and lessons we learn from Craig's personalised training sessions mean we are able to handle our dog with confidence and love.Craig is like a dog whisperer - he had our girl walking into her crate within 20mins.I've used other trainers with other dogs but none of them have Craig's commitment to both you as the customer and your dog as his client.
