This is a fantastic group, there is something for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or advanced. The running sessions are great but there is also PT, strength and boot camp type sessions if running isn’t your thing! I also love that everyone is friendly and quite social.

This is a great training group, with the best trainers, who are willing to help with your specific needs without judgement. Before I started I didn't run but now I have done multiple half marathons thanks to the help I have got from this group!

A fantastic way to train outdoors with motivating and knowledgeable coaches and a lovely, sociable group. NSRF caters for all levels of fitness and the run club on Saturday is a great way to discover new routes and more importantly great cafes for breakfast! I also highly recommend their beginners running program.

This is such a great group of people to train with. The Coaches are fantastic, motivating and very knowledgeable. They can modify sessions to suit everyone of all fitness levels and the groups are really sociable so you always feel like you are meeting up with friends. There is a great range of activities, programs and locations which means that there is always something for everyone.

NS running changed my life. The coaches have a wealth of knowledge, compassion and are always so motivating. I couldn’t run around a 400m oval, and now I am smashing goals I never thought possible. It’s not just exercising, it’s socialising and laughing.

I started training with North Shore Running & Fitness to get back to running after a long break. Not only am I back jogging but now started trails as well. The trainers are very experienced, encouraging. The running group is really friendly, welcoming and very supportive. And best of all, some of the runs generally end with coffee or breakfast!
