I went in on 15/10/21 to fetch some supplies and found the staff there most unhelpful and unfriendly. The salesperson of whom I assumed was the senior person in the store was most unfriendly, bordering on arrogant and rude. He seemed annoyed that I had taken him away from behind the counter to assist on the sale. No eye contact and just general bad manners. Hopefully for the business’s sake that he wasn’t the owner.I would not recommend this place to anyone until they lift their customer service to a more acceptable level and at this stage it may be a position too far for them to achieve. A horrible experience and so if you’re kinda thinking of going to kinda buy anything from there, well I kinda wouldn’t.

Quite frankly I envy this business! They don’t need customers and I felt I almost had to beg them to take my cash!Was ready to spend big bucks on a new pump but they could not care less or were willing to help me find the best pump.Thankfully plenty of other places around!

Wish i could give 0 stars. Im not usually one to bother leaving reviews but i have bought here several times for my boss. This is one place i genuinely do not enjoy going to. The staff are so rude, no interest in helping out or even bothering to lookup. Ask them a question and all they do is scoff or smirk. They need to get a grip

Warning…Spend your money elsewhere @qldlawnies.We go to professional places like these to receive the best advice and great personal service.If that’s what your looking for???Don’t go here looking for it…You will be greeted with arrogance and judgement within seconds after walking through the door.Luckily for me… my cash remains in my pocket.I will now spend my $$$$$ with another local irrigation specialist that respects new customer enquirers.

I cringe every time I go to Yatala Pumping and Irrigation. Every time I have been in asking about parts and fittings you are made feel like you are interupting their internet time, and that you have no idea about what you want. Regardless of what industry knowledge you have. In all my years of going to this place I have been served by one polite salesperson that interrupted the rude initial salesperson and took over. Other than that salesperson the rest are just plain rude and need to understand what customer service is and without customers they have no job.I have found another pump service provider in the area that are friendly, courteous and helpful and have taken my custom there.I will not return to Yatala Pumping and Irrigation and will not be recommending anyone to go there, but I will be recommending their opposition.

I went in today to try and get some advice on Purchasing a water tank irrigation pump. The bloke behind the counter talked to me like I was an idiot. Wouldn’t come out from behind the counter, wasn’t interested in actually helping just wanted to be smug and rude. I couldn’t believe it, had to just say ok I might just try somewhere else... will spend my cash elsewhere
