They said close 5pm, but second time I get 4:40 and they are closed.

If there is zero stars, that’s what I would rate the service of this company. They are very unreliable and unprofessional. Adrian who runs this company is very rude and aggressive . I have found an amazing company who is very reliable and have never let me down . If anyone is interested. Please let me know

I’ve been taking my bottles to the Rockdale collection centre for a year or so, eventhough it’s very busy at times, the wait is reasonable (15 minutes on average).The staff, professional and polite. All in all a good experience. Keep up the good work.

No any sort of customer service, never replying to emails website is not working either the phone not picking up. What a mess.

First time today fast service friendly cash in 5 to 15 min and if longer MATE DON'T cry :) they do the work for you

I have never had any major issue with the service provided by Rockdale Return and Earn. The blue bin service is always picked up when it is scheduled, and it is a very convenient service. There has been an extended delay of payments being processed (2 months) from the last bin collection however after using the online 'Missing a payment' form (located on the contact us page on the website) the payment was processed and deposited into my account. Understandably the company may be experiencing impacts due the ongoing COVID situation however each customer has no indication as to whether the Bin Swap payment is being processed in the system. Not having this information available leads to customers trying to figure out if they need to contact the company (which can only be done through online) or simply wait to see if the payment will be processed. Perhaps the customer portal can be updated to include more information about the progress payment of a bin swap instead of marking the job as completed only when the bin has been swapped. I do appreciate the blue bin service and perhaps the company can simply provide more information to help alleviate customers not knowing the status of their payment.

This company is a disgrace. no customer service and even when you do email they never get back to you. i have been waiting for over 5 months when they last collected my bin and still dont have the funds they owe me. I have been twice to them at rockdale and not one person there has any idea what you are talking about. I advise everyone to never ever use these people..... it would be better to go ad do it yourself

Great way to recycle and earn some cash. Easy procedure, grab a ticket, wait to it’s called them drop of bags and wait for them to be counted. Whole procedure took less than five mins. Customer parking available directly in front. Staff is friendly and efficient. Open Mon-Sat
