Can't complain about the service!! Wendy was extremely helpful. Wendy told us about the Copperhead label fully Australian made work shirts that are made with heavy quality cotton on the Sunshine Coast. Some of these shirts have an Xtra large pocket for the larger size phones. Unfortunately, these were in the wrong size for us. But these big pockets are on the drawing board for future sizes. Wendy sourced their other stores but none were in stock. When the new shirts arrive we'll be back.

Staff are very friendly and do their best but like anywhere can have issues with visitors not controlling their kids.As a supplier to a regional area I think they do a great job, and their range whilst limited compared to a city store, is discussed in a professional and supportive way with clients.Recommend them highly.

Hands down best customer service we have ever had. We were passing through town and my other half needed a hat after losing his. We bought one but noticed some damage on it. Without hesitation they took our address and shipped us a new one once the stock arrived. Very great full for such good customer service!

If I could give 6 stars it would be deserved. Owner Natalie and manager Wendy were absolutely brilliant with their knowledge and service. We bought 2 Akubra hats due to my error at losing ours and wow. Plus our German Shepherd was allowed in the shop with us. This is what country service is.

Quality clothing and the staff were polite and friendly both times i shopped in store. Variety of hats is fantastic too, bought 4 different hats! When in Roma, i recommend shopping in Golders.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was casually browsing and walked out with my first Akubra hat. It is rare to see a shop that stocks both RMs and Akubra. Lovely selection of country outfits and absolutely wonderful staff!
