I am trying to contact biri chawla and guneet chawla but they are not answering any call and reply on email for our pending commissionWorst experience with themAlso two students got refusal from Torrens university who were applied through OECC. Both students are also chasing for course fee refund but no outcome yetI am awaring everybody who are working with them and even want to work with themThey are big frauds

Contacted oecc for my brother student visa they took all documents and good amount of money to apply visa but they never applied the visa just giving excuse whenever i call and at last i withdraw my file but they did not refund my money yet nearly 1.5 yrs now .

I am Arshdeep Singh who got refusal and did not get my university fees refund yet. I have applied my case through OECC in torrens Uni. I am unable to reach them as their Melbourne office is closed. No one is responding to my calls aswell. They are fraud and i advise all not to apply from OECC.
