Scrutinize their quotes and don't trust on face value. Received a quote from them via my property manager for a few very simple home handyman duties. One bedroom door handle was just loose. Their solution and costs involved replacing the door handle when all you clearly needed to do was tighten the two screws (literally a 30 second job). Their solution is to replace parts when simple fixes exists and trying to take less aware property owners on a ride. Ended up using a handyman who was clearly more handy and did the job for a quarter of the price.

I have engaged Lifestyle Home Maintenance through an agent for an investment property general maintenance. Since the property was vacated, they asked me to pay all the invoices in advance (total of more than $3,000). The tradesmen were relatively quick to do the jobs, but did the tasks in a very average quality, items like installing a very low quality curtain, forgot some portions of the tasks and so on. I was dealing with potential owner, Andrew Burke(Ab) and found him very difficult to deal with. Now, there are some tasks that have not been properly completed as promised in the invoices and he is not responding emails or phone calls. I am considering further actions. Terrible experience.
