GoGetMe started off pretty decent with some good value for money, just the quality has been terrible lately. The treats are very repetitive and you could easily buy the products for the same amount of money from a pet store so it doesn’t make sense to pay for a subscription when there’s no savings?Also boxes are repeatedly delayed with no explanation and no tracking info. To top it all off, their customer service team is pretty hard to contact (with the live chat function usually defaulting to an email as no one is available, even during business hours).With the amount of variety available for pet subscription boxes, you’ll definitely find better value elsewhere, even if you have to spend an extra $10 a month.

Similar to other reviews here, the boxes started out okay but then the quality started to fall and now boxes are not arriving at all. I was told a replacement box was going to sent (4 weeks ago) but it also did not arrive, and customer service are not responding to emails.

So I was expecting this to be really good, it looks great from the pictures on the websites but first it took forever to arrive, then it just comes in a shipping bag, no nice little box like advertised.After that I had a look inside. So I expected a chew treat like advertised, like an antler or something, cool... except I got a pig ear that my dog ate within a minute and she's a border collie and not a hard chewer. Then I expected good quality toys... dead within the day, brands I hadn't heard of and yeah not great.I have more boxes" on order and I've been completely disappointed in this one. I got my pampered pooch his Christmas gift from GoGetMe and I couldn't be happier. Despite being late in the season (a habitual last minute shopper) I contacted the kind people at GoGetMe (with my personal pet assistant) and they organised delivery promptly and we now have a great pressie waiting for our pooch. He is super excited just by the package and he is behaving just like a kid wanting to open his present early. I'll update when we open the gift!

Don't bother. I got 2 out of 3 boxes I paid for. 1 was 2 weeks late. 1 was not worth the price I paid and had hardly anything in it. Very disappointed in the entire experience.Tried contacting several times and never received a response.
