Great gym… Except for the fact that the 20kg dumbbells at the front have DIFFERENT SIZED GRIPS. Please fix this pls

The equipment is very out of date, taterd and worn. The machines don't even say what the correct weight is on them. Be nicer if they were Plates instead of..cable I used every machine and mixed em all out with ease. This gym is for the sissies

At 70 and my husband at 65 years we firmly believe that strength is a huge asset as you age. We do weights three times a week at Zap Newton. We can go at any time. Atmosphere good and excellent equipment. Highly recommend.

Good value for money, good range of free weights and non free weights. If you want classes this isn't the place to sign up to, but does have a full time PT that has continuous repeat customers. All the regulars are friendly too.

Lots of room to workout. So even when there are a heap of people there, there are still plenty of machines/equipment to use.Always clean and tidy when i go there.Staff are friendly

Please check the hours where staff work. I went at an unstaffed hour, and to come back later. You can’t enter without a membership key or the help of staff. The lady working there was friendly and helpful and helped me sign up.The equipment is great. I’ve read other reviews that the equipment is old and/or in the sun but I didn’t have that problem. They also have two personal trainers, and when I went Dave was on duty.

Have only been here in the early hours of the morning but even at 6am the place is like a sauna. Just standing next to my friend training her, barely moving, sweat was running down my back. Gym is a decent size, with two free weights areas/sets of dumbbells, two cables, a squat machine, standing abductor, two squat racks, push sled, loads of bands and accessories, and multiples of some machines. Cardio is just right, not too much or too little, and very modern machines with nice screens. It's a lot of equipment packed into a small space so can feel somewhat cramped when it's busy, but overall good. It's clean and well maintained. Morning clientele are mainly older people (don't let that fool you, they pump some iron that's for sure!) with a few characters to boot. Just turn the damn air conditioning on!

It's an amazing gym. I love working out here. So neat and maintained.

Very unprofessional business!!! I was a dedicated and loyal customer to this establishment for many years, and ended up getting my membership cancelled after being targeted and bullied by the head trainer there, who has been with the company since the ‘Jetts’ days in 2013, as well as from one of his clients, club & senior management at that time. Bullying should be something that is NEVER tolerated in any workplace, and the fact that I was silenced and booted for speaking up on the matter, and how it was affecting my health and still does to this day is not only a reflection of the company itself, but everything this establishment ‘claims’ they are against. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
