Pros - good priceCons - no chrome was shined as advertised in the premium service. Dirt Streaks and spots still visible from front to back and on windows. Muffler tips wernt even touched as advertised. Bumper beneath boot seal was extremely dirty still. Overall dissapointed.

Had a water leak inside my car and a bad smell. The team did a great job in steam cleaning my interior and cleaned inside and out. All done for a great price. Have had my car cleaned at other car washes in Geelong but not to the standard of GCS.

Fast friendly service at a great price. The guys even went and bought the oil I specified at no extra cost. Oil and filter change , checked and topped up all other fluids , then finished off with a car wash and engine bay wash, will be back agay and highly recommend.

Worst hand car wash I've ever had. Car still has mud in several places, and the whole car is covered in water marks. When I pointed out the car wasn't clean, he proceeded to just wipe the car over with a microfiber cloth. So disappointing as this car was is so close to my house, and I would have been a weekly customer. Never again.PS. In response to your reply. You didn't 'offer to fix the clean, you just started wiping over the dirt left on my car with a dry microfiber cloth. Then when I said I would take it elsewhere, you said ok

Had detailed car wash few days ago, receptionist was frustrated since it became busy all of sudden, as there were few cars lined up they tried to get rid off the initial cars. Disappointed after paying $160 and just got vacuumed and normal car wash.

I got a basic inside and out clean done, inside the car was still dirty, water marks left everywhere and you could see cleaning spray residue that wasn't wiped.Also, the boot of my car was completely untouched.I am super disappointed, I won't be back.
