Bateau Bay Medical Centre is staffed by great people. The doctors, nurses and the receptionists are all wonderful. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. No one likes having to go to the doctor but the team at this clinic make the experience as pleasant as possible.

Have been going to this medical centre and my Doctor for years, and the same with my (past on) parents as well. They are all very caring, staff and Doctors both, and you are not made feel like a number.They are very thorough untill your illness has been cured or to be managed.I would highly recommend this Practise.

My visit to BBMC is always a positive experience. The receptionists are polite and helpful, the nurses also are kind, friendly and competent, and my GP is fabulous. He always makes time to answer my questions and concerns. He has been my GP for over 30 years now and now my adult children have him as their GP also.

Bateau Bay Medical Centre is a calm, markedly caring, peaceful, place. My wife and I have experienced loving expertise from our doctors. Today we noted the advantages of having not only a doctor's surgery, but also a sun cancer service, and a place for biopsies and pathology work.

have been attending this surgery for a number of years and have found the Doctors, staff and ancillary services provided to be excellent. I am aware that there are a number of pressures currently placed on the Doctor's time due to a shortage in available doctors versus those needing assistance, however this practice ensures that there is always a doctor available to assist even when my own chosen doctor is not on duty therefore giving me confidence in obtaining assistance when ever needed.Vaccinations are always available in a timely fashion and routine assessments both at the surgery and at home are carried out efficiently.I feel confident in my choice of Doctor and Medical Centre.

I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment, most of the time I see the doctor right on time. I have always received the best care from my doctor and the staff at Bateau Bay medical centre.

An exemplary practice. Friendly and cooperative administrative staff/doctors. Although I have a regular doctor, all that I have consulted operate according to the patients need and not a time priority for the consultation. My doctor (and others) allow the patient to be an active participant.
