I desperately needed to buy a battery for a scooter and I called this place and they had them in stock!They were super helpful and really easy to deal with. They had 4 options for the battery I required so more than enough choice if you want variety of prices and quality :)Will return if I need another battery.

I needed some batteries for a telecommunications application and Battery Mart Australia had them in stock, after ringing around for about an hour, Battery Mart was one of the only places stocking them and they were priced better then anywhere else. As I'll be buying more batteries for work, they gave me a good price and were very helpful. Thank you and cheers!

My brother, was referred to Battery Mart at Tempe and purchased a battery fitted for his Mercedes. Unfortunately their was a fault in the battery which manifested itself about 14 months later. Nothing to do with Battery Mart.He contacted Douglas from Battery Mart who was obligingly helpful and on proof of purchase organised a brand new battery to be delivered and installed at his home by Daniel.He highly recommends Battery Mart, great staff, excellent service. On a public holiday I needed my car battery tested (wasn't holding charge). I took it to Douglas at Battery Mart (he was open because he was doing some paperwork). Courteous friendly service, Douglas showed me that my battery needed replacing. Very happy with the service, price and the fact he was open on a public holiday, all the other stores i rang were closed, Thanks Douglas.

I have purchased 10 batteries from Battery Mart over the last 2 years. I had a faulty battery 7 days ago which I returned to Battery Marty under warranty and I have been waiting for a replacement battery since then. I am told that their supplier is still checking the battery and this is why they have not replaced it. I am an electrician and I know what I am doing, this battery failed on voltage and it had swollen on one side. It has been maintained by a Victron 3 bank smart computer controlled charger, none of the other batteries (5 of them) are faulty, they are all the same age, 18 months. I am disappointed that they are trying not to replace my faulty battery, I have spent in excess of $3,000 in the last 18 months and this is the type of customer care that I am receiving.

Absolutely excellent customer service from Douglas. I needed a car battery urgently on a Sunday (when the store is normally closed). Douglas picked up the phone, confirmed the stock and opened the store specially for me. Even offered the right tools (I'd forgotten my socket set) so that I could change the battery there and then in the car park, AND took the old battery for recycling.Service like it used to be... and cheap too! Highly recommended.

Greeted by Oscar, he is a very energetic and helpful staff member at battery mart. He talked through options for my car, found a spare battery tray and installed the battery for me!
