Nice cozy gym.... Pretty good for people who aren't hardcore into gymming... Would love for them to have some extra equipment but I guess space is a concern..... Been a regular user for more than 2 years and I reckon the gym is better than others nearby.... Staff is extremely courteous

Stylish, ultra clean and presentation that equates to a 5 star health facility..staff are exceptional. Only health club that offers free programs inclusive of your gym membership. Best boutique health club I have frequented.

A gym that I go to always, it's small and not equipped with many exercise machines but it's reasonably good when not overcrowded with many patrons
