Was overcharged on an appointment (have proof) and when I tried to rectify this with the owner they went silent on me. Disappointed with their lack of communication and accountability. Not a happy customer and won’t be going back.

Forced to cancel due to COVID restrictions which was out of my control. I requested to transfer my appointment deposit, not cancel, until restrictions eased and the photo shoot rescheduled but wouldn’t. Very disappointing in these trying times.

Heidi is absolutely incredible! Have gone here for a year now and her lashes are the best in Northern Rivers. I tried many lash techs in the area and the second I found this salon I wouldn’t let any other place touch my lashes. If I didn’t move I would go here for years to come100% recommend ❤️

I swear by Heidi’s work, she’s done my brows and lashes for the last year and a bit and can say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her professionalism, and work speaks for itself, her brow and lash service is always on point. Would 100% recommend !

A wonderful experience, I recieved the exact lashes I was looking for, she customised them to exactly how i wanted them! The best lash tech i have seen, painless, no stinging eyes, no uncomfortable eye stickers etc. Very inspiring and caring owners. Super plush and comfortable tables, clean and stylish interior. I definitely plan to inhabit the salon regularly :) blown away about the results :) thankyou!

Absolute amazing shop, very cozy and very welcoming! They did an outstanding job for my partner plus accommodating her vertigo by elevating the chair so it is more comfortable for her
