They are a professional team that have gone above and beyond to help me ensure my property has been looked after in all stages. Vicki has been a wonderful guide with renting out my first home, responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend.

I'm sure most tenants do not like their Real Estate but I can't say that for Cardow's. The girls in Property Management made me feel so welcome and helped me find the perfect house to rent. I then bought a house through them! Thank you Cardows! I would give you a 10/10 if I could!!

I dealt with Ryan Hopkins, not only was he professional but he went beyond. He was available, he made things is happen at shortnotice. He was polite, friendly and understanding and sold me my dream home.

Previously rented my property though the girls at cardows and have nothing but good things to say, always kept me updated, never any issues with my tenants, felt comfortable leaving my property in their hands.

I have recently purchased top town and liked the idea of some day living in woolgoolga. A block of land was on real estate through Cardow & partners. Basically I must have made 7-9 phone calls, with no call backs, no follow up. I was told they had an offer on this block. There was no attempt made at all to try to sell me something else . I text messaged and no replies . I have purchased 6 properties in the last 5 years and by FAR this has been the WORST real estate I have ever delt with. I feel sorry for the developer that has gone through these unprofessional people. Disgusting service. 0/10. When I do decide which agency to do my commercial rentals through definitely won’t be this agent.

We booked a holiday through Cardow Holidays for 8 people over the New Years period with the deposit paid in full and confirmed. Upon payment of the deposit, the group booked flights as we were travelling from all different states in Australia and leaving family to spend New Years together. Due to the timing, flights are often expensive and there is limited choice, hence the decision to purchase flights after we thought we had sorted our accomodation. How wrong we were.A few days after our confirmed booking, we were contacted by Cardow Holidays who informed us the “owner of the property require possession for the period you have booked” and hence they were going to refund our deposit.Cardow Holidays claimed they would “love to help find you another place” however a request for this to happen was immediately followed up with a response of there are none available for our group size and dates requested. No alternatives offered, simply too hard, bad luck. Our group now has thousands of dollars worth of flights with no accomodation.Reading through their policy documents they claim “every reasonable endeavor will be made to offer alternative accomodation should changes occur” however our experience has shown otherwise. We have since organised a holiday through a different company and hope our experience is not shared by others. I would hate to imagine if they had cancelled weeks out from our holiday when we wouldn’t be able to make alternative arrangements. I would not recommend anyone using this company or do so at own risk.
