First time trying this place today. Bought a 6 pack of cupcakes and i wish i bought more. These are the fluffiest and most delicious cupcakes i have ever had. The store is also very pretty inside.

A wonderful small business. I’ve ordered from them twice and both experiences were fantastic. Great communication, very responsive via email, warm and friendly customer service in store - they even carried the cake all the way to my car since I had my son in the carrier with me. The cakes are beautiful and delicious. Looking forward to making future orders for special occasions. Cannot recommended them enough!

My favourite place for cupcakes! I love the Gluten Free Carrot Cupcake. There's always a great choice of cupcake flavours as well as other delicious treats like Rocky Road, Slices and Melting Moments.

One of my mum's friends got her cupcakes from here for her birthday and MAN THEY WERE GOOD. 11/10 would recommend.

Ordered a cake for delivery for Father's Day and it was delivered on time, with care. My Dad reported that the delivery person was incredibly warm and friendly. All reported that the cake looked great and tasted even better. Big thanks for the ability to deliver to people during lockdown so they can still celebrate occassions safely.

OMG! These are hands down the Best Cupcakes in Sydney Metro…soft, moist, fluffy. I’m rarely in Penrith so I don’t get to buy them enough. However, they lose points for their lame online offering. Its 2023! How do you not have a better delivery offering? Why can other cake or florists or hampers or other like businesses “deliver Sydney Metro”, But these guys can’t. I’m not even far. Im 30mins south west. Go invest in a courier partner like your competitors have, market it thru socials to let us know and watch your sales grow! I’m annoyed that they have been around for years and have had no vision to expand. Then when you do check out their delivery offerings on the website…$80 delivery from Penrith to Oran Park that’s ridiculous. Cmon… It’s not 1993 anymore, we have all moved on from Limewire to Netflix. Please revamp your delivery offering and I promise I’ll fix my rating ❤️

Very disappointed with this business of late. I went to pick up an order today of a custom cake I had ordered and paid for in advance. I had sent a picture of the cake I wanted made and the cake they presented me with couldn’t have been further from the brief. Not only that, the cake they had made was very poorly presented with bubbles all through the picture on top. They fumbled around trying to rectify the issue but what they could offer me wasn’t satisfactory so I ended up requesting a refund (which also couldn’t be done on the spot). This business used to have attention to detail but the last few orders I have made, they’ve really let the ball down. I wouldn’t normally write a negative review for a small business but it’s very frustrating when you order and pay good money, in advance, for something you expect to be of quality, only to be completely let down. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone, anymore.
