Lady had no clue what she was doing, she acted like she didn’t want to be there, receptionist couldn’t even tell me what time my appointment was.

Dr Rebecca Lowe cannot be spoken of highly enough. She's curious, proactive, and advocates for her patients, which is particularly important if you've got multiple health concerns.

I called them twice with no success. I waited for an hour on the phone and finally gave up. Few days later, it was the same story again waiting for someone to answer. I hate the message saying “ your call is important to us”. Unreal even in 3rd world standards.

The doctor we saw was nice, but the reception staff are disorganised. We ended up waiting half an hour for the doctor because they forgot to tell her we were there. Probably not going back.

Excellent clinic never have too wait long - I see Aidin Riahifard and he is the best GP I have ever had - extremely knowledgeable, non-judgemental, and always wants the best for his patients. Highly recommend.

Dr Lowe is an amazing physician, capable and calming; she is happy to walk patients through their treatment.The staff are friendly and helpful too, I would definitely recommend them.

An excellent general practice maintaining high standards amongst all its practitioners, offering a good range of convenient ancillary services, with helpful and competent reception staff.Our extended family has been benefiting from the diagnostic skills at the clinic for years.

Have been going to this surgery most of my life, the first doctor I saw was a Dr Keogh which must have been 35 years ago he looked after my children who are all grown now, but seeing one doctor for the the last 20 years she is amazing the staff are dedicated I have had some major health issues over the last 2 years and have received so much support and compassion from my doctor and the staff, I can't recommend them to anyone as long as you show patience & respect you will be well looked after.

Dear Doctors for whatever reason my 'medication was changed' without my understanding or knowledge. It was not to do with the fact l saw the new 'registrar', she is very nice. l don't think even Doctor Rebecca may have been aware of this, as the previous box, states 'Take ONE tablet daily when required etc etc. If she was then l was unaware of the increased medication. One slow release, 50 mgs, and to take one tablet for break through in other words an increase of 25 mgs. l need to make an appointment to speak to Dr Rebecca either on Monday or Tuesday. As l am going into my pre-surgery visit and l need to take all medications that l am currently using. l sleep very well on 50 mgs of seroquel. this would be a further 25 mg and on top of pain relief in hospital it will be too much, and wont be able to do my rehab, because all l will want to do is sleep! l am having a hip replacement probably within one month. l really want to be steady on my feet. This needs to be addressed. Thank you.
