Great customer service and experience. Went in to browse around as my son needed a new pair of sneakers and it was quiet busy at that time but credit to both ladies the way they handled every single customer from going to getting different size shoes, colours, phoning other stores ETC and they handled everything perfectly in my eyes. I'm sorry that I didn't get their names on that day but you are both valuable employees and to handle yourselves in the way that you both did under that pressure most people would have caved in but you didn't. Well done and keep up the great work and yes we bought 2 pairs of shoes and will be shopping there again in the future

Excellent staff member who gave us extra attention even close to shutting time. Management however only allowed the shop to have one staff member which seemed a bit stressful and demanding on the staff.

I thought the shoes would be outside my price range. I was surprised how I could get such amazing shoes at a great price, was treated with respect and dignity in the store

Service was none existing, 2 staff members more concerned with moving stock. No acknowledgement on entering store, then proceeded to serve another customer who came in after us. At no point were we offered any assistance. Ended up with 2 pairs of shoes from Williams', upstairs!

I think the store should advertise discounts properly. We were tricked by the discounted advertising. We bought shoes on the shelf saying 20% off and we're told they weren't included in the sale once we were at the counter. Low balling the customers.... pick up you game please.

I went into this store last Sunday to purchase a pair of boots. Unfortunately they did not have any of the style I wanted in my size. The attendant spent a good 15 minutes calling around the other stores for me to find a pair. I received them in the post on Wednesday. Thank you for the excellent service.
