Loved my experience at Lux Cuts, Such a professional and fun environment! So happy with how my hair turned out too. Highly recommend :)

We had the lovely Bianca cut my 5 yr old sons hair recently and I am so happy with the result. My son doesn’t have the easiest hair to cut and we’ve had many not so great cuts in the past. I’m so glad we stumbled across Lux Cuts and in particular Bianca. We will definitely be back!

Bee is a great stylist. She has an amazing knack for understanding the cut I want (even with so many hairdressers before her not managing to get it to the same style as pics). She executed it so well. If you go get a cut with her (and you should), leave her a tip because her prices are way below what she's worth.

New place in town. The environment is also very welcoming. The barber Moey was Quick, professional and blessed me with a killer fade. Also had a good chat. Thanks for the service.

1. They wanted to move my appointment twice, the same day I made the appointment and the day of the appointment they left a voice mail.2. I arrived on time but they cut my long hair badly in less than 20 minutes very rushed and in a bad mood because they had another appointment after me.3. When I asked what was going on, she told me that I had to change my appointment earlier because she is not there full time and had another appointment, she seemed to blame me for her bad mood for not changing the appointment saying. I replied that I couldn't change it because I work in the morning.4. She told me to excuse her haste and bad mood that she was rushing because my hair length had taken longer, when I told her that on her website it said 45 mins per cut and that I know they never take more than 40 minutes to cut it, he only replied that the page was not right and continued pulling my hair quickly and in a bad mood.4. When I told him that if he had other commitments that he would have canceled me and I would have gone to another place, he tried to improve his attitude but he had already finished the fastest cut of my life.Bad service, bad haircut, very bad experience! :(
