BEWARE!! Booked my 3yr old Journey in for a service along with a couple of other minor things and a warranty claim and was bitterly disappointed. Extremely rude staff. Accused me of lying regarding my warranty claim telling me there is no way what happened to my van happened like i said it happened. Asked them to fix a few things and none of them were done. Asked them to put a WD hitch on, apparently they forgot so that didn't get done either. Charged me $554 for a service and did noting to the van. Tried to claim all 4 wheels were removed but it was clearly evident that only 1 wheel may of been removed. AVOID THIS PLACE!27/6/23 Response to reply.Hilarious! And now a complete lie regarding what actually happened! You were told NOT to try and claim anything under warranty after you had looked at it and that I would handle that claim myself. The conversation we had on the phone was most certainly NOT the way you just described. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Terrible. Kept the van for 3 days (after a 2 month waiting time) to tell me they can't fix air conditioning?! Then... lost the remote control rendering the whole unit useless anyway.

I've been using Stewart and the CRS team for approx 8 years (back when they were in Mornington). In that time I've had a Jayco Hawk and now an Ezytrail Parkes 15.During that time they've done repairs, servicing, 12v upgrades, etc. I have always found them friendly knowledgeable and prompt. Any unexpected issues or expense has always been communicated prior to the work being carried out.It's invaluable to have such a reputable business, in a notoriously shonky industry. Wouldn't trust my van to anyone else!!

Caravan Repair Specialists did electrical and interior on my horse truck living area. They did a great job, told them what I wanted and it came out even better than I thought. Highly recommend.
