Chemist Warehouse Dandenong

Very unhappy it is scam. I bought quite few items here and played prize game by Nivea. I received so called prize- it was false ViSA card that doesn’t have any money on it . I like Chemist Warehouse staff and it is not their fault. But to advertise game and not meet the conditions of game is nightly fraudulent and unsatisfactory either by Nivea or Chemist Warehouse as their representative .

Free parking behind. But only like 12 spots which I went was full. The whole front+back street is free after 6pm-8am, and all Sunday.Enter opposite headspace- 211 Thomas St, Dandenong VIC 31752020 Place is huge. Better get these highly rated Floss Picks as it's the only CW I found had them! And best value at 4c a pick.Girls were great in helping to find them boxed up somewhere on the other end of store. If I had the option of giving 0 star rating I definitely would. Worst customer service ever, some girl I think her name was shanaya accused us of theft even thought we had a printed receipt and gave it to her to throw away at the counter. Disgusting attitude, didn’t want to apologise even when the matter had escalated to the manager apologising to us, chewing gum while speaking loudly to us. I think she was just being racist to us hijabis.

Slowest Pharmacist i hav ever been to!I waited over 1 hour and there was not many people !!! NEVER WILL I GO HERE AGAIN !!!

Such a rude and pathetic behaviour by that indian pharmacist.As if i asked her to give me free medication.I only asked her how many time can i take the medication.But she said go and ask your doctor.Not us.I think thats their job.Shamefull people working and representing chemistwarehousem dandenong.

Refused to do my stat dec. It was after 8pm. There were about 2 customers in store, it was dead quiet. I said i really needed it and I would wait but just flat out refused. I wont be spending my money here if they couldn't spare 2 minutes for me.

The pharmacist Casey at chemist warehouse dandenong has been extremely rude. I understand that they are busy at times, but there is a way to serve the customers. You cannot just tell then to go away, I think there is a nice way to tell things. Extremely poor customer service, extrmely rude staff. Some action should be taken against her. Would highly appreciate it.I eish I could just give zero star......!

Aweful and disgusting customer service! Today, I went there to get some perfumes but my goodness, the woman who served me at the perfume cabinet gave me good kicking as if I am piece of dirt! She didn't want to really serve nor wanted to provide testers to sample. Her behaviour was like, take it or leave the shop attitude.I needed the stuff, so ending up buying $200 goods in the store. But this bully drives customer out the door like nobody is watching and seemed to love it. Against these people, poor scared customers could only put their tail between the legs and run out the door. What an appalling behaviour.I'm writing this review within 15minutes of getting out of that messy Chemist Warehouse. Management, get your thumb out of your mouth and fire these bullies first, ffs. Treat the customers who gives business to you, with respect.
