This place is incredible. Extremely neat and clean. Everything you can think of for your home. The aisles are quite wide. Wheelchair access is possible.

Ordered a helium balloon for my son's birthday, deflated within an hour & before my son can see it. Was offered a replacement but no compensation- even though I still had to go back to the store to get it. Offered a refund but still have to go to the store to get that too.Very frustrating when there are actually other stores offering the same (inc a weight) for less!I understand you have been in lockdown, but so have I- maybe think about the customer & their experience...

Lovely staff, great variety, good quality, fair prices.One of those shops you go into for 1 thing and emerge 2 hours later with enough great gear to fill a couple of box trailers :)
