Fantastic service, I ripped off the front bumper of my car, drove in here and they repaired it within half an hour for less than $100! Definitely recommend.

Horrendous service. Appalling customer service. Had our car for over a year with no updates nor returned any of our calls. Told us it was ready. We hired a trailer and drove 950kms to pick it up only to find it not finished. Left us thousands of dollars out of pocket. Then told us not to come back. Can you be any thicker?

Poor greetings from the old grey haired man on the front counter. Still waiting for my quote after 4 weeks. Treated poorly and was made to feel that I was not worthy. My wife and I are both self funded retirees and are collectors of European cars, we currently have 11 cars in our collection with 4 of them in Port Pirie. I would never recommend this place for any type of work. I am sure that the people who do the work are good at what they do, but being treated like we're unworthy by the front counter is totally unacceptable (

The worst customer service I’ve had in my life . Told me my car was ready and it wasn’t finished. Do not go to this place the female that runs it is special school bus special. Gordon that owns business has retired n put it in wrong hands .

Dropped in for an urgent door latch temporary fix to a refrigerated delivery van on a wet day. Back on the road about 20 minutes later with the door now firmly closed - no cost! Excellent service.
