Incredible customer experience and support services.I saw Mitch the podiatrist a few weeks ago to talk about my pre-existing ankle conditions as well as to purchase a pair of new runners and he was able to provide me with some exercises to help give me better my stability overall. I also had concerns on whether my Garmin watch was giving me a legit cadence reading and he actually took the time to help me validate the Garmin readings- what a legend!While the first pair of runners he suggested may not have worked out for me (On Running Cloudflyers) after my first run, the team at Running Science were more than happy to let me come back and exchange them for an exponentially more comfortable shoe (On Running Cloudmonsters). It was like a day/night experience between these two shoes!Thank you to Mitch, Sam and Chris for the super helpful and genuine service experience. This is why I've trusted this team for my last 2 pairs of runners. Will be going back again once I eventually wear out these crazy comfy Cloudmonsters.

I could not run three months ago with out tearing my calf (5 in total). I had been experiencing calf tears since 2016 and pretty much gave up running as it was effecting my mountaineering training. I had signed up to do 50 km adventure run in Tassie. I really didn’t know how I was going to complete this task. So I went to Running Science. I didn’t believe I could fix this issue.I met Phil who explained that I needed to do a lot of specific strength training exercises. My age increased my risk of calf tears and also the fact that I lacked any base running training. My running style also increased my risk. You are never taught how to run. Phil will teach you how to run. These methods decrease impact on your calf’s. I worked with my exercise physio and physio to strength my calves. In my training I never did more than 11kms running with the program Phil made up for me. I ended up dropping down to the 101 relay as one of my mates had an injury and I took her place. We came first in the womens 101 relay and I ran 25 kms of tough terrain with 795 ascent and 811 descent. I just want to thank Phil for his help and Fletch for listening to me and giving some brilliant tips. These guys are amazing. It is just wonderful to be able to run again.

Fletch and the team at Running Science provide the best and most informed advice when it’s time to get new shoes. I really appreciate the help over the years to ensure I have the right shoes for me and my kids. These new Cloudstratus shoes are fantastic - thanks!

First visit at Running Science today and it was 10/10 start to finish.Friendly staff, spoke to Fletch and another girl who works there, didn’t catch her name but, both really nice.Had a physio appointment with Byron. Top bloke and clearly knows his stuff, exceptionally thorough.Left very satisfied with diagnosis and exercises/ treatment. Highly recommended!

I've been going to Running Science for at least 8 years now and EVERY single time I get treated by a professional team of very knowledgeable staff. Fletch above all wants people to feel welcome and get A Plus treatment by leading from the front. Not only do you get the best advice on Running shoes you can also see Phil the podiatrist. This is a very unique set up and the way the guys run this shop is the way of the future. I get measured on every visit to ensure that best shoes are fitted for my running style, volume and most importantly of all comfort. As a coach I send ALL my runners to Running Science who I trust 100% with every of my athletes!!

A big thank you to Mitchell Thorpe for all his help with my running technique. Mitchell was very thorough in discussing all aspects of running, including giving me some tips on strengthening. I left feeling much more confident.

Shout out to Fletch and the wonderful team at Running Science in Rozelle. I recently purchased shoes that didn’t feel right after a few runs. I called up the store and was invited back into so they could see what was going on, and it turns out they were half a size small. The legends that they are swapped them for a new pair half a size up, (which was a very kind and unexpected gesture). The shoes they recommended (On cloud monsters) are fantastic, they are exactly what I needed. Their service and knowledge of all things running is second to none, and the honesty and integrity they’ve demonstrated through this whole process has to be respected.
