BIG W Epping

I was here today and needed to try a few pants, however, when I came out from the fitting area there was two men one was fitting and other one was outside the curtain. I was feeling uncomfortable because what if I didn't close my curtain securely, and the curtain is not even secured. Second men and women shouldn't be in one fitting area. Third I believe as a woman and a customer of Big W I have the right to access the feeling of safety, and security and feel comfortable in a fitting area. I think the management should look into this, I am speaking hot just for myself but for other women too that don't have the guts to complain and raised this issue, I suggest that the fitting area should have a secure door instead of a curtain, and the men and women should be in a separate area. in addition, the management should also ensure the safety of their customers in the fitting area.

I visited this store recently and were assisted by Rosina and Jackie whilst looking for a particular item. I was super impressed with their level of customer service at assisting me. Rosina even though run off her feet with the amount of people at the front of the store had plenty of time to assist me with a friendly attitude, and tried to contact another staff member Jackie to help as she could not leave her position. Jackie also came back to me a second time after looking for the product to let me know that the particular product would be available on line in a few days time. Jackie did not have to do this, but this shows great customer service, even though the store was very busy at the time. Both these ladies are a credit to Big W Epping store and I hope their level of service is recognised, a great store :)

Good service. I found the screen protector and the case for my phone which I couldn't find anywhere else. Very helpful.

It is very big as most of the other Big W super stores. They had a small dress stall right outside the shop around April 2023, which felt a bit different from usual. They have huge collection of dresses and toys. I am not sure whether they have a service to assemble bikes if we purchase them there, as it was not very clearly mentioned there. They have wide variety of bike cycle gears for big kids and grown ups, but very less collection of bikes for those age group.

I always shop here, good range of stuff and pretty impressive range of brands and decent clothing as opposed to what they used to sell many moons ago. Seems like BigW is a spinoff of a Target having a Marriage with a Kmart and having a baby that is Big W. It's pretty cheap like Kmart but with a little more brand names and a little more upmarket than Kmart, closer toward a Target. That said it's pretty BIG and has decent amount of women's and children's clothing, Mens clothing could be more broad and BIG man's clothing is some what limited, that said they do have the odd nice clothing for big blokes. Electrical items, kitchen appliances etc.... is pretty good at Big W, I always end up finding something I can't find at other stores and usually at a pretty good price. Overall I like BIG W, I heard a while back that Woolworths group was having issues and would be shutting them down permanently, I hope that does not happen as I think they are pretty good.

Love the bargains.Staff were great. One particular staff member went above and beyond. Made my 7 year olds day, night, week, year, life!!!Seriously this dude deserves a pay rise! And an award for outstanding customer service. He made the interaction most enjoyable for both my little man and myself. Such a pleasure and so sweet.Love big w.Just wish I.didnt have to drive 35 mins to get there. Need a big w near my digs....Yeah I know there's always online shopping. I'm old. I don't like online shopping. Prefer the f2f.

Good priced and quality items overall.Kids clothes are cute.I saw some cute new season tutu and tulle dresses that I would of brought at only $25 each, beautiful designs, for a friend's wedding end of this month (April)... rather than spending $49.95 plus postage which I did spend per dress from an online store the other week.

TOO CROWDED AT WEEKENDSMORE STUFF FOR YOU TO GET

The shopping experience was good. Wish they would put prices on their luggage. It's not fun having to take suitcases around the store to find a price scan point.
