A very reliable business. They are upfront with costs, what products are being supplied and when, plus have easy and quick answers to any queries that the customer may have.We used this business to vacuum the ceiling of our 40+ years old house which didn't have any insulation, and then after vacuuming lay insulation in the ceiling space.We are very pleased with how our job was handled, the workers arrived on time, showed us photos of before vacuuming and after, and then after the insulation was laid.The staff were very polite and didn't leave any mess.We would recommend this company to anyone needing them to do ceiling cleaning and insulation.

Gavin and his team did a great job removing decades of black harmful dust from my ceiling and replacing very old dust encrusted insulation bats with new top-rated insulation. Left my place pristine. Highly recommended.

After a fair amount of research and a half dozen quotes we ultimately chose Insulvac to clean our roof cavity and install insulation within our strata building of 12 units. The Insulvac team fit us in earlier than we expected and did an outstanding job. From the initial conversations with Delphine, to the onsite conversations with Gavin, the professionalism and communication was excellent. There was some inevitable damage to one of the ceilings along the way, which Gavin himself quickly repaired. The job also proved a lot more time consuming than expected (primarily due to access), however Gavin honoured the original quote and did not charge for any additional labour. There was also some additional rubbish (broken roof tiles and plasterboard offcuts) that Insulvac took away free of charge. They also gave us new manhole covers at no cost. Gavin supplied plenty of photos upon completion to show all of his team's excellent work. We are really happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend. Most importantly the insulation has made a huge difference to the building so it was well worth it! (we had R5 installed). Thanks again Gavin, Delphine, and team! :-)

Working with InsulVac was a great experience. These guys gave 110%. Thank you Gavin, Ray and all the other guys who cleaned out the rubbish-filled ceiling space of our block of flats, vacuumed, and laid new insulation. Very pleased with the result.

May 30th 2017Gavin and his team did a terrific job of removing the old insulation, cleaning under the roof and installing new insulation in our family home. They took out 20 bags of rubbish (see pictures of the old yellow and pink insulations as well as debris under the roof), cleaned under the roof, patched the sarkings and put new R4.0 Earthwool insulation (see pictures of the brown insulation afterwards). They also installed an Airomatic to improve ventilation under the roof. They ensured the new insulation was well put so it is really effective and cleaned after themselves.They worked hard and provided excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning / insulation jobs.June 2018Sadly after having ducted airconditioning installed under the roof, the aircon people completely mocked up the great work that Gavin and his team did. I tried for nearly a year to get them to come and fix this without success. Emailing Gavin, within a few minutes I had a response from him and he offered to fix it, free of charge when his team would be in the area. Now that's what I call service!Today his team came, they were courteous, on time (I loved getting a SMS 45m before they arrived to warn me, the system also gave their position via a GPS tracker so you could check how far off they were from your house!) and fixed the insulation. They cleaned after themselves, but also removed some of the materials left under the roof by the aircon people as well as plugged back a roof fan that had been disconnected. So they went the extra mile! Within a few minutes of their departure, Gavin called to check on how the team went. Again amazing service.If you're looking for a terrific customer service, a job well done, at a fair price, then look no further than Insulvac!

Gavin and the guys did an excellent job removing 40 years of collected dust in our roof cavity, removing and replacing old insulation, and dealing with mould from roof leaks. Our roof space is very low and difficult to navigate but they were able to clean and restore every inch. There was one small accident where something fell through the ceiling, but it was repaired promptly and at no cost to us. Gavin is a man of integrity, and a joy to deal with (as are the rest of the staff). Highly recommend.

I don't do this often, but I think it's important to call out amazing service when it's provided. From the moment I called Delphine in the office, I felt confident that I had made the right decision in choosing Insulvac for our roof cavity cleaning and ventilation needs. We have an older house that had virtually no insulation remaining after it had all deteriorated, which meant cold Winters and hot Summers. Delphine gave fantastic advice and made the decision on what products to install very easy. Ray and the boys arrived on the day promptly and acted very professionally, completing the work in a timely manner despite the heat and no doubt difficult conditions in the roof space. They vacuumed decades worth of muck out of the ceiling, installed brand new batts, and installed an airomatic to improve air circulation. Unfortunately I changed my mind about the location of the airomatic after installation, and after contacting Delphine and Gav, they couldn't have been more accommodating with squeezing in the additional work. It's not often you receive such a high level of after-service care, which is why I felt it necessary to share this story. To Gav, Delphine, Ray and the team, thank you.
