If I could give them zero stars, I would. Avoid them at all cost! My partner's bike sat in their garage for 4 months. He picked it up to ride it home and forks were leaking. The mechanics put two different levers on. They had 4 months to assess the bike and failed to exercise their duty of care which could have resulted to my partner getting hurt on the road. Further, they tried to pin it on him saying he caused the leak. Now it has to go back to the mechanics and he's out of a vehicle for work.

These guys have no idea about custumer service after over 2 months waiting for my bike when I call them the person who took the phone treated me super rough and impolite. And not helpfull at all wouldn't recommend.

Three months wait. Lies. Told you get $50 gift card but fail to say you need to spend $250 to redeem. Finally get my bike. Told ready to ride away and it has dead flat tyres. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. And staff don’t have the time of day for customer service.

This is the worst garage ever! Never go there! They are thieves! They are not experienced! They even had an argument with the assessor! They try to rip you off! They are rude especially Max!If you like your bike, just don't go there! They really are the worst!They try to take the maximum of your money and they do nothing! My bike has been there for 3 weeks and they did not even ordered the parts!A NIGHTMARE!
