I found star when I was looking for alternatives to manage my pain and started with the cryotherapy and sauna sessions. The results were amazing and I’m now pain free. The team go above and beyond to support your process and check in.I also facilitate breathwork and we were able to bring our participants in and do the session after hours in the plunge pools the guys made everyone feel so welcome and even entertained my ridiculous playlist. I’m super grateful for the family at star ⭐️

I highly recommend STAR and their facilities. Ted and Ben are professional, friendly and know exactly what I need for my recovery and de-stress sessions. The sauna, cold plunge pool and spa are a weekly most do for me now! Felt so invigorated and clear headed after the cryo ... LOVE IT! Will try the float soon!

I own a boxing gym in the Redlands and regularly use STAR to ensure my body keeps up the demands of our schedule. As an ageing athlete I recover quicker than ever before using STAR's facilities. Sauna and then contract pool are my go to.

I absolutely love this place. They have every recovery modality that anyone needs, whether you are an athlete, or just someone who wants to look after their health and elongate their life! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Ted and Ben have made this facility very affordable, with their membership option being the most cost effective option if you plan on visiting often. I pay $19.50 per week, while visiting 3-4 times each week, so I essentially pay about $5 for each visit and spend anywhere from 1-1.5 hours there. So the value for money is incredible. There’s no lock in contracts, no hidden fees, just honest people looking to help others feel and perform better. I honestly couldn’t recommend STAR Australia enough, I would give it more stars if I could!

Awesome facility that we've used on and off now for a few years. Whether it's exercise/sports recovery, relaxation in the Float Tank or recovery from an operation, this place has everything. Everyone is so lovely, super helpful and a wealth of knowledge.

STAR is a fantastic facility to visit. From the cryogenic machine, contrast pools, sauna, compression boots to using the simple foam rollers and percussive massage guns, they have everything needed to recover from a hard session! If you prefer to exercise on site, you can swim forever in their endless pool, and if you need some time out to relax, take advantage of the sensory deprivation (float) tank. They have it all (and more) so drop by and see the professional staff for all your training and recovery needs.

The team at STAR are amazing. I came in here a few months ago after suffering a bad knee injury playing soccer.The staff are always helpful , friendly andalways willing to make your experience 5 star every session.After my knee surgery while in a full knee brace the staff alway were extremely helpful and even made sure there was a chair for me next to the pools so i could sit down to take my knee brace off when entering pools.Best recovery place you will find in brisbane.Thank you for this being so close to my place.Ryan Moore

Love STAR!! Top quality facility with amazing knowledgeable staff who are always willing to accomodate needs. I love the infra red sauna and could easily fall asleep in there every day.
