I agree with the review that mentioned the receptionist with the tattoos is definitely lacking basic customer service skills. When I first turned up I didn't know what was going on, no one was around. I even pressed on the bell button. I only persisted as the other beauty shops were busy and I had limited time. Had I known what I know now I definitely would have waited at the other brow bars. The shop layout gives a false sense of staffing they are at 4 rooms so I thought there were plenty of beauticians around. When the receptionist eventually appeared, she wrote down my name on a post it note and told me to take a seat. No apologies for having waited. She didn't tell me how long the wait was and after a while said I'm sure they won't be long. She never bothered to check with the other staff on the wait time. When I finally got in after about 20 minutes. I was escorted to a room and was waiting for my beautician. Whilst waiting I noticed there was another client who came after me, was immediately being worked on in another room. Then my beautician says to the other beautician something alone the lines of thanks for that. She then goes on to explain that the beautician took her room. I'm not stupid I know exactly what the exchange was about. It made me feel like an unwanted client and I was already feeling self conscious about the state of my eyebrows. Even though the beautician did a good job and said I had a nice eyebrow shape, it was too late as my experience was already quite poor up until that point. No amount of false sincerity was going to compensate for that. I would definitely go to the other eye brow bars in the shopping centre in the future. I would recommend this shop to be avoided at all costs. This is very disappointing as I have gone to other Leah's wax works in the past and they have been great.

The girls were lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate my wheelchair by simply wheeling me into position at the manicure table and even raced me off to the toilet afterwards so that I could really relax and enjoy my massage. The only thing I will suggest is bringing your own headphones, we had relaxing music playing but the noise from people walking by and the centre’s music was a little distracting.

I've been going to Leahs for a while and all the ladies are lovely and make you feel relaxed. They do an amazing job with my eyebrows and Jenny made sure my first laser experience was comfortable and easy. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive and just a great place to go! Love them!

Got my eyelashes lifted and tinted here in a pinch as I couldn't fit in anywhere else and I was desperate. I'm happy with the tint however I wouldn't go here for a lash lift again. After my appointment, my lashes are so dry and brittle and they're all kinked up. They look fine when wet, which is why I didn't say anything before I left the establishment as they were still wet when I left. Next time I will just go without and wait for an appointment with my regular place.

To arrange an appointment was easy. The prices are reasonable and I was satisfied with the skin feel after ! I would come back! All staff I encountered were nice and the prices are reasonable. The only thing I feel could be improved is the atmosphere. The room where the skin treatments are done is quite small and hot. A little diffuser, maybe a candle or other decorations would make the experience a little more relaxing.

I went to get my first ever brazilian wax there and left after the first strip. The lady assigned to me was rude and inattentive, did not care when I told her I had never gotten a wax before and was not reassuring or patient at all. She did one strip and told me it was just gonna get worse from there. I got up and left. If you are going to run a business that specialises in intimate waxing and things that may be scary for first time clients, train your workers to take more care or get better workers.

Just went in this morning for full arm wax had extreme bad experience with the operator.She was rushing like anything just wanted to finish the job and NOT AT ALL even want to see if customer is satisfied.I had to interupt few times and show her areas being missed.VERY DISAPPOINTED.I had used Leah wax before and had good experiences however this time this particular person ( she said her name is Melissa ) ruined it.

My boyfriend got his first men's Brazilian wax today and we were so disappointed. The lady who did his waxing was so rude to him and couldn't even be patient to someone doing his first Brazilian wax. The technician told him he couldn't scream or yell, and she didn't even ask him if the wax was too hot for him (which every waxing place I've been to before have asked this question).He was nervous, but excited after I told him about my first time (not at Leah's wax work thankfully) as the person who did mine was very patient and did it one at a time and only went on when I was ok and she also made sure that everything was absolutely clean and smooth. It took her nearly an hour.So when he came out after only 20 minutes and looking glum, I was a bit confused as to why it was so fast for someone's first time. There are still so many hair left, especially on the back, and she also did not pluck any of the leftover small hairs on areas that she actually did wax.The price we paid for her horrible waxing service was absolutely not worth it or satisfactory at all. We would definitely not come back here after their horrible service and the lady's attitude.

Although the staff were lovely and made me feel comfortable, the overall results of my waxing experience were not good. I got a Brazilian, underarms and full legs however there was hair still left on my knees and some on my leg. The Brazilian was the worst and didn’t even take most of the hair off, and there is still hair under my arms. I paid full price but the lady didn’t even take most of the hair off. Very disappointing given the price I paid I wanted better results. Wouldn’t recommend

Worst result from this salon. Act like they know what they’re doing, but really don’t.Worst eyebrow lamination, tint and shape I’ve ever gotten… the manager of the store did my eyebrows too (which is really concerning considering the outcome of my eyebrows).I will not be returning to this salon.
