APM Employment Services - Bongaree

Recently as of this post they have had a bunch of new employees. The place went from reasonable to very poor from this. Getting berated by unprofessional employment agents whom demand you to look for a job through their folder of jobs that mostly contain jobs outside of your state, even if you've met your mutual job search requirements without any issue.They exclaim that they're only there to help you, as they patronise you, yet, the only thing they are there for is to check a box and insist on forwarding jobs to you that are very far away, despite initially asking what your needs or job desires are--again, while never having an issue doing job searching yourself.I recommend anybody to instead use the APM in Caboolture. I have dealt with them a handful of times and they've been very open and professional. Or, use a different employment agency all together.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND APM BRIBIEISLAND TO ANY BODY. ITS NOW BEEN JUST 12 MONTHS SINCE I HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY AND STILL HAVING PROBLEMS BEING SHORT OF BREATH AND LIGHT HEADED IAM APROACHING 67 YEARS OF AGE HAVE 8 WEEKS BEFORE I GET THE AGE PENSION. AND THEY ARE STILL WANTING ME TO LOOK FOR EMPLOYMENT.MISSED AN APPOINTMENT ON MONDAY AS I HAD A DRS APPOINTMENT THEY SENT ME A MESSAGE TO INFORM ME I RANG TWICE AND BOTH OCASIONS LEFT A MESSAGE STILL WAITING FOR REPLY.WHEN YOU GO INTO THE OFFICE THEY ALL SEEM TO BE ON THERE PHONES OR HAVING A CHAT.AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTSSTEVE MAXWELL

I would not recommend the Bribie branch of this organization to be dealing with people with a disability or emotional issues. I had a terrible experience with a male worker where I felt bullied & belittled & was not in a place emotionally to be able to stand up for myself. I left wondering how he must deal with clients with a disability. No compassion, empathy or understanding of people's individual situations at all.In saying this I do beleive this is not nessasarily the company but dependant on each worker. My daughter attends the same organisation in Brisbane & has a wonderful lady that's been working with her to find a second job for the last couple of months.
