Walked in, asked for a used part, young bloke knew exactly what I wanted and where to find it. Price was great. Will hopefully be back next week to pick up some other parts.

My mate purchased a used 3.5hp tohy from this old bloke at a reasonable price. They assured him that it was working, serviced and pumping water fine. Got it home, dropped it in the barrel, no water pumping through tell tale. Checked the impeller, low and behold the impeller that was in bits, some melted to the housing, gasket tore apart with the housing. Wanted to get it on the water, didn't take it back for the 7-day return warranty and didn't want to deal with an untrustworthy business, saved myself some time by replacing the impeller, cleaning the melted rubber in the housing with a Dremel, and put it back together, works great now. lucky we checked before we took your word for it to work, could have been stuck high and dry out on the water. Would have been 1 star but the motor is working great now, thanks to us, the customers. Won't be dealing with these guys again.

This company is nothing short of the best. They have shown so much care and courtesy with their customer service starting with the lovely lady Gayle on reception to the spare parts guy Darryl who promptly go back to me having the spare parts I needed along with a great price tag to go with it. Tony was happy to wait around for an hour for me to pick up parts too although they were unexpectedly closing early. Thanks crew for a pleasant shopping experience. You are all amazing. I highly recommend!!
