Our online order arrived at our door promptly and my husband set to work, all kitted up with recommended safety gear. Not only is the mould and its smell removed, we saved thousands of dollars from outsourcing the job. A special shout-out to Grant for being very supportive, quickly responding to my request to fast-track a follow-up order so we could finish the job.

Very effective mould treatment. I had my roof cavity fogged by Essential Shield 3 years ago after a leaking roof caused mould in my house. I also purchased some spray on My Mould. The fogging and the Mr Mould completely got rid of all mould in my house, it was quite extraordinary how fast and effectively it worked.Fast forward 3 years to last week when, after a very wet year and 3 floods in my region, my house had mould again. I had my roof cavity fogged again by Essential Shield and within 3 days all mould was gone. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend Essential Shield and Mr Mould.

Mr Mould attended our property to remove mould from the roof, after we had experienced a water leak. My husband then used their essential oil and 750ml mould product to remove any excess mould from around our home.A few weeks later I ordered another bottle of the $19.95 mould spray online, for a family members vehicle. The owner left a voice message on my mobile phone stating that my order was ready to be collected. About an hour later, I got in the car and drove the 20 minutes to town. When I arrived there was a blue car in the driveway, but to my surprise no-one answered the door, or the phone and my order was nowhere to be seen. I stood there trying to contact Mr Mould for about 3-4 minutes before I proceeded to walk back to my vehicle. Their neighbour came over and starting yelling at me that I ‘cannot park there’ even though my car was still running. I rang Mr Mould again and left a voice message explaining what had happened. The owner eventually returned my phone calls and said that he ‘had to head out to a doctors app.’. He was not apologetic in any way, shape or form. He did not say “sorry for the inconvenience” or anything along the lines of that - which I was quite shocked by. His persona came across as very rude. It cost $0.00 to be a polite and decent human-being. I drove there again the following day and he was sitting in his double-bay garage with the door up and told me “your order is at the front door” - still with no apology for my waisted time and fuel. I thought to myself “maybe he has thrown an extra product in for inconveniencing our business and family. I walked over to the door, picked up the spray and realised it was the wrong one (that is $5 cheaper mind you). Luckily I had noticed this, otherwise I would have had to drive back there again for a THIRD time and no doubt would not have received any compensation, discount, or at the VERY least, an apology. Let’s take into account that diesel is $2.28 a litre right now. The 80 minutes of driving that I did, cost me more money in fuel than what I paid for the product. Extremely disappointing. Incompetence at its finest.
