As a self-confessed terrible hair look-afterer I totally get why people get to hair pamper treatment now. Jordon was amazing! The site is amazing. Such a lovely experience and it wasn't OTT prices either.

I popped in to buy a product that I had run out of. They didn't have any in stock so the gorgeous lady o spoke with gave me one of their salon use bottles which had enough to keep me going until I got more. She wouldn't take any payment for it! I was so happy for her generosity. Not many places would do that!

They honestly went above and beyond with the colour and totally aced the cut too. Really the most even colour result I've ever had and so pretty. I was nervous to try a brand new style, getting a pixie cut for the first time, but it turns out I was in excellent hands. Hair so good I got a bit emotional tbh. Constructive criticism would be that I spent a considerably long time at the basin and it could really do with some cushioning for the neck. Worth it in the end though!Edit: I have to mention that the artists are as lovely as the other reviews claim. I felt like I was truly heard when I described what I wanted, which is so important to the experience.

Inviting environment. Accepting of clients needs. Was happy with the treatment I received and the offer of tea or coffee and magazines while you wait felt like a luxurious treat. A lovely chance to relax and just enjoy having your hair done. I've been to this place before and each time they have been sympathetic, kind and professional. From making the appointment to arriving to friendly faces, to being offered coffee, given a hair massage and then having amazing Aveda products used on our hair to the end result of perfect Blowdry's!This establishment is worthy of an Eastern state post code any day!A definite visit for me next time in Launceston!
