I have partnered with Realize Properties for several years to rent out my house. To be honest, it has been an extraordinarily positive experience. Together we've had to work through a tenant who stopped paying rent, and a couple bits of damage.Throughout every moment they have communicated clearly and authentically. Whenever I've had questions or needed help they've been ready to take my call and given me excellent advice.They also lead the way in their customer relationship management systems, meaning that many of the items I need like yearly reports etc are entirely automated / self-serve.I cannot speak highly enough of this excellent agency. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with Realize. We have had them as our property managers for over 5 years and they have done a wonderful job for us. They kept us informed of any maintenance needed and organised to have it carried out for us at very reasonable costs to us and minimal stress. During my 2 years renting there was good communication, servicing of property, and the inspections were a breeze. Carol was also helpful when it came time to relocate closer to work. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It was a shame I had to change agents. Recommend renting with this team and thanks again Carol.
