Very poor experience. Would not recommend shopping here. Made an order worth over >$300 and received a shipping email the next day. No tracking attached. Parcel did not arrive, so I contacted regarding the tracking. I received a reply back from the manager/owner Joe Hallums, who did not give me a tracking number but did reply saying I should have received my order by then. I replied saying I hadn't (obviously), and asked again for a tracking number. This was the last reply I received.I emailed twice more asking for a tracking number and for an update. No replies. I ended up filing a case with paypal which (of course) prompted a reply and a tracking number. The tracking number I received had no scans, was a pending (ie new) number. The reasoning I was given was that a) apparently the address label was damaged" for the first parcel and b) no one replied to me because my emails were going to junk. The only silver lining was that they agreed to and refunded me
