This is the best place in Earlwood to have your nails done.The staff is very professional and friendly, the place is welcoming and clean and the girls take pride in their work.I was so impressed with the way they did my nails that I have been recommending them to all the mother's at the school and all my relatives and friends. I would like to especially thank Ann for her outstanding customer service and fantastic work on my nails.

I got my eyebrows Done tonight and i wanted them thick but the made them so thin and she was like opps and i said wht happen she said she Put it on my lashes and then used proxide and i told her it was stinging and then she called her worker in to help her and the other ladie said i should of told her what i wanted and i shouldnt move but i never moved and she said it was my falut and i said bmni i told the ladie wht i wanted and she didnt do what i wanted and they cut my eyelazhes and put tweezers near my eyes and ur not allowed so im not coming back here ever again and i will not be reccomanding them. now i hardly got any eyebrows or lashes thankz to them i need to grow my eyebrows all out again to make them perfect like before but for my lashes ill never be able to fix them

Painful experience. Went to get a buff & polish shellac, a lady doing my nails cut so much skin off around my cuticles making 4 of my fingers bleed and continued to file around them which hurt. The nail colour wasn't evenly painted well after 4 coats and it was dripping into my skin. It took 1.5 hrs to do the nails as then another lady had to come to fix them. Quite unpleased and unprofessional.

Disappointed that nail/cuticle cutting equipment was not in a sealed bag suggesting it was sterilised. When I questioned the young lady she said we sterise everything!". . NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I didn't allow for my cuticles to be trimmed

Came here for a mani pedi before I am due to give birth. Pedi was pretty disappointing and rushed and the equipment didn't seem clean or sterilized. Got SNS on my fingernails and within 12 hours there were two nails that had large cracks in them without me bumping them or doing anything.I went back and they said they would fix" it and proceeded to add a clear layer of shellac over the top as their solution - you could still see the cracks underneath. 2 days later and one of the cracked nails fell off (can't say I am surprised). Went back again and asked them to refund me and please remove the nails so I could go to another place and they refused - instead they said they would try and fix it again. One of my toes is also now red and inflamed

Very disappointed, no more come overthere, is not worth it

Sns lifted after 2 days, sns was left all over my skin surrounding my nails. One of my nails which is broken had to have an acrylic (which I wanted), it ended up looking like a fat blob on my nail with the edge flicked up.I had chosen a white color, when it came out pink I told the main lady it was the wrong color which resulted in her telling me I’m wrong and it’s the color I chose, then ignored me after that.Worst job of sns i’ve ever gotten, and worst service.Also cuticle nippers were not in an autoclave bag (blue sterilization bag), she picked up random ones from a dirty draw and used them on me.

The worst nail place in sydney. Had sns done on Anzac day, it looked like they put liquid paper on my nails, my 3 year old nephew could of done a better job, 3 days later sns started lifting so i went back to get nails redone, they were too busy to do on the spot but every time and date i suggested they t me they were too busy. Ended up going to nail salon near coles earlwood who did an amazing job, over 3 weeks later they still look good. If i could, i would close heavenly nails down. Rude service.

I saw the reviews before going there, but I thought it couldn’t be that bad and would give it a chance. I should have trusted my guts. She hurt me with the nail file several times, as you can see from the photo, above my nails the skin is grated. She also put the shellac all over my nail AND on my skin, so in a few days it will start peeling. I asked her to fix four nails and she only made it worse. Never coming back and would not recommend to anyone.

Great place! I moved from NT Nails to here and don't know why there are so many bad reviews, as I've always had a good experience here AND all the ladies that are getting their nails done at the same time seem to be very happy after their appointments! I only go for mani & pedi shellac, but every time I go in I find they are fast, polite and I'm always happy with the results.
