Was sold a pair of shoes, opened box at home and one had a defective shoelace. Was informed can put a new shoelace in but will be black. The shoes were blue. That wasn't satisfactory. Then informed they have to be sent back to ASICS to be looked at. Wasn't prepared to wait for that. Refund was blatantly refused. But was happy to exchange for another pair. Chose another pair and was asked to pay the difference. The lady was rude and accused me of damaging shoes. I walked away with a dearer pair of shoes. Have always purchased my shoes here but won't be ever again.

I was happy with the service and price. The range is decent too. Good when you are searching for clothing, shoes and accessories. Decent prices.
