Large bush style camp ground with good facilities including BBQ areas. If tent camping will require ground sheets as there is little grass. Short bike ride into town or a longer walk.

Great campsite booked through national parks and wildlife. It does have powered sites for caravans but also has areas for tents and a barbecue area and also toilet and shower facilities. Though one point you will be given a code to access the toilet and showers and you have a button on the shower that lets you have one minute hot water showers. Very quiet and relaxing place overall if you are trying to get off the grid. There is limited phone reception and I had no reception with Vodafone in Hill End , but I noticed my dad had reception on Telstra.

We’ve camped at this place twice & love it! It has everything you need, including awesome fire pits for cooking & boiling water. On the long weekends, the park provides extra toilets. It’s nice & close to town & has lots of space for everyone. Highly recommend!

The centre of Hill End is just nearby but Glendora campground feels a million miles away from everything. Enjoy breakfast in the company of kangaroos to a soundtrack of galahs and king parrots singing from the trees. There’s camping to suit everyone, with a few different sections to choose from, including a special area reserved just for groups, as well as sites for caravans and motorhomes. There are excellent picnic facilities and plenty of cover under pavilions just in case the weather turns from sunshine to rain. After you’ve worked up an appetite learning about days gone by at Hill End’s historic sites, why not gather around the fire ring for a cook-up on the hotplate, followed by some spooky stories?

Well set out, large open area with numbered powered sites, an too many to count underpowered sites surrounding. Fire rings everywhere. We can't wait to take the kids and explore the history of the area

If you want to peace and quiet then this is the perfect place. Clean facilities, showers and toilets plus a BBQ. Roomy sites, powered and uncovered. Love it

This camping area accommodates all types of camping from tents to caravans. There are sixteen sites that have both power and water. The amenities block is clean, has flushing toilets and free timed hot showers, with a disabled toilet and shower too. There are a couple of electric BBQs, handy for days of Total Fire Bans. Wood fire pits are at available on every powered site and all about the campground, BYO firewood of course. In 2018 I stayed at the village campground"

Unfortunately over Easter so very crowded. 2 showers and 2 toilets amongst at least 200 women. Lots of sites were on sloping ground and also on dirt, which created a dust bowl. Need to get in early for good site. More like a refugee camp (although I've never been in one)

Fabulous campground just out of Hills End Historical town. There are heaps of tent sites and unpowered sites and then 16 sites that have power and water. You also have access to flushing toilets and hot showers, electric bbq’s and each site has a fire pit.Great place to camp while you explore the area. Approx Half way between Bathurst and Mudgee. Great gold mining history.Online Bookings via the National Parks and Wildlife service.

Loved the site, I think we made the mistake of camping on the powered site as it was hard to hammer the pegs in! None the less we enjoyed our trip!
