I called ahead 5 minutes before closing with a tyre emergency. The helpful staff stayed open for me to arrive just on closing time and fitted two new tyres. They had me back on the road within 15 minutes. Absolute legends! Thanks guys.

Warning for people who are very innocent regarding tools and mechanical things. IF YOU PAY ANYTHING FOR TOOL DAMAGE THEN GET THE DAMAGED TOOL. Good job done by the guys who did the tyres. I came in for tyre change . Did mention that one of the wheel nuts are hard to get out to the office guy. The previous day I had already loosen the ones that were hard to get out hand tight only. He did say if the IMPACT socket gets damaged then I have to pay. Well I agreed because I know my car well and how tight the nuts were. I was in a view that i can see what they were doing. after sometime the office guy came and said the socket got damaged while opening another wheel nut. So I asked him if I have to pay and he said yes $40. Kinchrome , Snap on costs $30 Max. I agreed to pay but I asked him to give me the damaged socket. He told me it's in the bin. Well still I want that because I am paying for a new one. He was looking around for it as if it was thrown weeks back. (Because nothing broke).Then he was really rude to the boys shouting at them that if they have to hammer anything then don't do it. Since he couldn't give me a damaged socket ,I didn't pay extra. Please don't try to rip off people by lying to them. You will loose more customers. I am a auto mechanic and electrician by profession FYI. I work on trucks and see use these impact sockets everyday. I have worked in toolshops and know what torque it takes for a socket to get damaged and here you talking about a DEEP IMPACT.

Very bad experience i just will say be careful while getting you car done.. did my 4 wheel change at cost of 400$ with their recommendation and I believe it afterwards my steering wheel started shaking badly once you go above 80 WHICH NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE then when i took the car to them they gave me new bill saying your lower control and roters and wheel studs need to be done in person he said $600 and on phone said $700 OMG I checked with my mechanic there was nothing wrong and it was wheel alignment problem which tyres power asked me to spend extra $90 for that i will never tale my car there again a big mistake

Went for emergency tyre change today 16-03-23Very friendly stuff members.
